I joined a crystal sound bowl healing session with Henri and left feeling inspired and relaxed. Henri's gentle nature sets the pace for the hour long session which takes you on a journey deep into your own body and definitely helps to create a sense of safety for the process of discovery as the vibrations of the bowls guide you toward finding release.

Henri’s crystal bowl sound healing sessions are simply amazing! He guides you into a profound and deep state through sound, vibration and a beautiful guided meditation. It’s a wonderful experience that will leave you in a relaxed and blissful mood. I 100% recommend it!

I'm pregnant and I participate to a hellingsong with Henri. It was really a beautiful experience. Henri explain to me how he use and he play with bowls. He explain to me beneficit for me and for my baby with cristal bawl. Indeed my body is full of water so the sound is really powerfull. To comunicate with my baby it could be really good.
