Love this place
Resources and case management for the community. Kristin Schwerin has been my case manager for about 15 years. She has helped me so much over the years. She has provided resources that I didn't know were available or that I even needed. It's like working with a friend, who has only my best interests in mind, all the while being professional.
They are wonderful, and I appreciate everything that they do for me.
