Same as everyone else -- not aware of any bill and suddenly I'm getting collections! Worse yet, with no bill there is no contact information for them, but the collections people say verification needs to come from them. Can't find their contact info on the web, either. Very shady.
First of all, I was treated by a nurse practitioner. He was very good and very efficient. The billing on the other hand is a nightmare. You're not billed for six months then you go to collections. And yes, they are nearly impossible to get in touch with.
I paid my bill and they still sent it to a collections agency for less than $100? Impossible to get a hold of them.
