Guylaine and her team saved the day when we decided to do a micro-wedding with only a month to plan! She was so accommodating and very responsive to my (many) questions. We decided on the Italian plated meal to ensure we met all covid serving requirements, and the food was DELICIOUS! Sometimes you worry about chicken being dry, but this was seriously not the case!
