I loved working with Emotion shade. Nicolas and JP were amazing from initial consultation all the way through install. Very professional, courteous and attentive to detail. Motorized shades work great, quiet and reliable. The shades are super easy to control from the remotes or the app. I was able to set up automated schedules for all the shades in a matter of minutes and linked and offset the schedules to sunrise and sunset times and other times during the day. Jean-Philippe came the same day and was super honest....didn’t try to up sell me, and fixed my existing shade. He wore a mask and booties. And he cleaned and swept the area afterwards. I’d highly recommend to anyone interested in motorized shades!
I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Emotion Shade! It is a family owned business and the father/son team of Jean-Philippe and Nicolas went above and beyond to complete the job perfectly. They communicated throughout the project and they finished when they said they would. They are also genuinely kind people and it was a pleasure working with them. We love the final outcome and we will be sure to use them next time we install motorized shades!
Nicolas and JP were great to work with. We purchased a home that had some window coverings that needed some repairs and they were prompt and responsive and completed the job as promised! Would highly recommend them to anyone considering motorized window coverings.
