I’ve been going here since I was in middle school I am now 20 years old u get in and out it’s really a small chance u willl come out empty handed great customer service come shop with emotan if your crown heights
Convenient and opens early if you need last minute things before hair appt. Only thing is at times they won’t have many options for colored hair. Staff was still so kind and helpful.
Bought a defective item and the owner graciously ordered a replacement and called me when it was available.
Not bad if you need something quick i wouldn’t recommend if your looking for hair just go to a bigger store because their selection is low
Great customer service and she gives great advice.
