As an Emory University employee, I recently had an unfortunate experience with Dr. Ragan at this location. To say that I was disappointed with the level of care that I received would be an understatement. In fact, I have never felt more undervalued and misdiagnosed in my life. During my visit, I felt that Dr. Ragan seemed dismissive of my concerns and did not take the time to fully understand my symptoms, which made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. Horrible experience with DR.KIMME and how they handled the situation was just as bad. Gave no medication for pain she caused. Misdiagnosed claiming there was an infection but when I went somewhere else she told them she didn’t say that. Problem after problem with this doctor. And management who couldn’t provide something earlier than a Month to visit to check up on the procedure she did that had my mother bleeding and in pain. If I could rate them a 0 that’s what they’d get.
