The staff are professionals but they need more Specialist

Every nurse that I encountered lack manners the doctors introduced themselves and was very polite. The nurses went straight into asking me to identify myself while none of them told me who they were. I actually had to ask questions. One particular nurse I asked who are you, because she was different from the nurse that just left the room and her name tag was backwards. I thought she was a tech taking me to the procedure room. I think she got offended she started giving me her resume instead of her name and title and what she... read more
