Great experience top to bottom. Kind and professional nurses, awesome front of the house staff and overall clean facility. I will definitely use this location again for imaging.
Technicians were otherwise good and definitely apologetic for it but they are definitely not phlebotomists. My arms both ache from so many failed needle sticks.
My mother had an imaging appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM. We arrived early at 12:00 PM and did not get her scan done until 5:13 PM—over five hours of waiting with no meaningful updates or assistance. The staff was largely unhelpful and dismissive. One staff member in particular was extremely rude when we explained that we had been there all day and that my mother is diabetic, a cancer patient, had not eaten all day, and was starting to feel unwell.
