I am so grateful for Emory Recovery Center staff and peers. Patrick an owner always checking in when he’s at the facility and helping me make a support connection close to my home. Rachel the program director is approachable and very helpful across the board. The therapists are terrific, Jack has been a huge help during sessions or just about anytime to me in learning about myself , identifying issues and teaching me coping skills needed. I'm not going to lie, I don't think I got a whole lot out of Emory. I feel like for the time I was there, they could have talked to me about my health insurance not being accepted. But hey I guess communication isn't the strong suit here. Everyone was super nice, but could work on saying something about insurance not being taken or anything else. I can't afford 3k. I would have gone somewhere else that'll be more than happy to accept my coverage. But instead, I have this bill I apparently have to pay.
Emory Recovery Center has been a life saver for me. The staff truly and genuinely care for the patients. They are very knowledgable and help promptly with any problems or needs i have. Katelyn is an amazing Clinician and has helped me open up my eyes to new ways of better and healthier living. She leads by example and is always available to help even after hours.
