I love my Emory doctors but their front desk staff need a lesson in common courtesy and how to represent the organization which they represent. A smile and good day goes a long way.
When ever my knees hurt has I get my injection there I’m Good again
Was seen today for knee pain after a fall (MCL tear). My prescription never called in, my follow up was scheduled for a month out not 2 wks out per Dr. Olufade, disorganized set up in former Shallowford Hospital Medical facility. I was told to arrive 15 mins early, was not seen for 40 mins after arrival, did all check-in online. Either too busy or too disorganized or simply too irresponsible to patients to provide this patient with proper medication.
