The customer care is exceptional. I live very close to Northside Hospital Lawrenceville, but I come all the way over here whenever I need urgent care
Staff does not seem to care about patients in pain and do not listen when patients are trying to explain their symptoms. Seems like lack of communication within staff as well as a lack of empathy for patients as well as nurses being unprofessional with clients
