The routine on the weekend was a different experience than on the weekday. The manager, Melissa, did return my call today (Monday) and eased my fears that my screening went well, and took notes on making sure the experience for the patients are consistent regardless what day they have their screening. One of the reasons I chose this breast center 5 yrs ago for my mammos is because they offered same day results, and an expeditious procedure process. My imaging technician was great!
Awesome staff everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and told me step by step what was happening. Technicians was thorough. And the doctor gave great details about the imaging and next steps. Great staff
Thank goodness for Google maps. The breast care and imaging center was not easy to find. Once you walk in the main doors, there is no reception or anyone to help. You need to head to the left, walk down a halfway that is devoid of signs, and on your right will be a door with a sign saying Breast Care and Imaging. The reception staff inside were very pleasant and helpful and it was about an hour before I got my screening done.
