I have been waiting for my ultrasound results for 6 days. In my opinion this is unexceptionable.
I had a CT scan for hearing loss December 6. It's December 15 & I still don't have my results. I paid in full, filled out my paperwork online, filled out more paperwork when I arrived on time & I signed up for MyChart all before my appointment date. I can't explain in words how hard it was to make an appointment, how many numbers I got transferred to, how many numbers I was given to call & they did the same thing to my E.N.T's office. left a elderly lady with no ride home and all staff left the office how disappointing!!!!
Everyone was very nice
All the staff here is awesome from the front desk to the technicians in the MRI room. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming something rare in this day and time..Thank you all at Stockbridge Emory Imaging.
