I was the patient that Dr. Bowen never met in the 1990s. Why? Why did the doctor put Seabury W. Bowen of Lizzie Borden on TV? I remember him my grandfather invited him( Seabury W Bowen, to my grandmothers sons wedding anniversary. I know Seabury took and used Dr Patrick Bowen’s information to carry out his plans. BUT. This doctor has received patient's medical records illegally from Atlanta Breast Care and falsified medical records. We have NEVER seen this man and had no patient/doctor relationship. Total dishonesty and illegal activities by this man! Hopefully authorities investigate his business affairs!!
Dr. Bowen is the man! Very professional, intelligent, and outgoing.
This office is too big to actually take care of its patients. It takes 7 years to get a prescription refill and that’s after you call to complain 7 times. WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE BEEN TO!!!!!!!
