Starting with entering the building, you shouldn't have expensive valuables on you. Their evening / overnight security can be sneaky. I've had 1 to go through my property, damage a few things, and try to play it off like nothing happened. Never found out, until I made it out of the CCU.I was never informed or even received an apology. My doctor's were great. sat in the er in dka for 7 hours before seeing a provider and finally getting hooked up to a saline drip... worst than the kaiser permanete hospital and thats seriously saying something.
Google says there's free parking. I've never seen it! There are hundreds and hundreds of paid parking spots!
The 5th floor nursing staff Morgan and Elizabeth were awful they discharged my disabled relative with feces on the private area and butt that when brought out to valet area he stunk so bad people were talking. The nurse aide Anne was very lazy. After several rings she stayed sitting and responded when she was ready to. Medication needed 30 minutes prior to feeding was given on time before meals! You’re better off googling your symptoms. Erin the ER nurse will falsify your triage note and copy and paste old records. Not to mention she actually triaged someone else under my name and it showed up in MyChart. That’s part of led to me not being triaged for an hour, since they seemingly were under the impression they had triaged me. The charge nurse in the emergency department that day as well struggles to assist her staff in meeting basic requirements of their duties.
