This bank is horrible. They have changed over to a new company and messed up my direct deposit and are doing nothing to resolve the issue.
I must say I had the pleasure of doing transactions with Ms Lisa Thompson, earlier this month. I was encountering some trouble with a cashier check, that I needed the funds to be available in my account. She went above and beyond to make sure my money would be cleared and ready for the closing of my home, at the time I was scheduled to do so. Thank you so much Ms Thompson you are awesome.
I understand I’m 17 but I work and out of school and just let my mom come and take my money when every its ok I’ll be up there tomorrow for my and close the account
