Mr.Deland was subcontracted by my tree men to chip branches. He refused to chip smaller branches and wouldn’t pick them up. He sat there for hours smoking cigarettes, watching the others work. He became belligerent and I ordered him off my property. I never got my chip. PLEASE avoid him, he will not work. If I could, he should not get a star at all.
