I provided video services for this firm back in September of 2024. I have been hounding them for almost a year. Every person at that firm has given me the runaround. I was told that the check was going in the mail that day (several times), that the client was going to be paying it, that the check was sitting on Mr. Collini's desk waiting for his signature (several times), that they would talk to Mr. Collini and get back to me (and I never get a call or email back)...you name it...I heard it. The paralegal Anna is one of the most unfriendly, rude and aggressive people that I have had the misfortune to do business with. It's unfortunate that a paralegal can have such a detrimental effect on a law firm's image. I'm sure that the legal advice is sound, but a lot of the time the service depends heavily on the paralegals, and for this reason, I will do my best to avoid doing any business with this firm.
