This company is utterly disreputable. Quan is the man who answers the phone for regular calls to their published phone numbers. He rarely has the correct information about anything--and may simply outright lie. For example, he gave me an incorrect email address. Then, when I asked to have the bike assembled before shipment, he said that is a $200 charge and he'd send an invoice for that via email. I bought an Emojo Lynx Pro 750watt fat tire ebike from ********** also known as Best electric bike and scooter rental. I thought it was a great bike with a hand operated throttle which was hard to find at that time. Until it wasnt.The bike was troublesome just a few days after I bought it.
