eModernDecor has some of the worst customer "service" and junky product I've ever experienced! I purchased chairs for daily use that literally have bolts and washers that fall out of the bottom, sometimes DAILY. I without exaggeration, have had to flip them over and use a wrench to tighten them, several times per week. Several times a week is not normal consumer maintenance on a chair used to eat 3 meals a day at. It's quite absurd really. The order was placed on June 28, 2020. We fulfilled the order on June 30, 2020. We were contacted November 11, 2020. The customer informed us that she has experienced the hardware falling out. We offered the replacement hardware free of charge for all four chairs. We informed her we do recommend for the hardware to be tightened occasionally for the safety of the consumer, we too tighten the chairs in our showroom. I ordered a 16 gauge stainless steel kitchen sink from this company. After extensive research this was the best 16 gauge sink I could find at a reasonable price. The sink arrived well packed with no dents or dings. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this seller to others.
This merchant whom I ordered many times from in the past refuse to work with me on my most recent purchase with them. I purchased a leather office chair (not cheap I might add) and they said through the natural oxidation process it will yellow and provided googled links to how this would happen. Now I am not saying this doesn't happen but less than six months?
