First of all, this is a review about the horrible customer service I received when I called Emmys Organics, not about the cookies. The cookies are 5 star cookies. On Nov 29, I placed an order on this company's website. The order shipped shortly later, but I was never emailed. I noticed the tracking in my USPS Informed Delivery Account. The tracking indicated I'd receive it Dec. 6 but nothing came. I noticed the package stuck in Memphis with USPS so after it didn't move after 5 days I called Emmys.
