Did a once off clean for me. Priced at $500 including windows and walls. Was meant to be here by 10am, rocked up at 11am. Cleaning was great, they got everything done that was required. The only problem was they finished at 5:30pm and the carpet in my room from the ensuite is soaked and wanted $700 because it took them 1 hour to get here from where they live, they put in extra effort in the clean and they didn't have lunch and they took our house keys with them. Emmy Cleaning did my end of tenancy carpet steam clean. Great price, quick response and communciation, great service. I accidentally transfered more by mistake and Emmy immediately contacted me to clarify and refunded the difference, 6 stars for honesty and high priciples.
