I was sorely disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. Despite arriving punctually for my appointment, I faced a series of frustrating obstacles. I love Tray and her customer service is amazing! I usually get a silk press maintenance. She takes excellent care of my natural hair and always gives me the best hair care tips. It’s the best wash and blow dry I’ve ever had and I have thick hair so I can tell she takes her time and is really patient. She makes sure every client has a wonderful personal experience every time and never lets anyone leave unsatisfied. I’m a lifetime client!
