Everyone top to bottom, from the first phone call to the fun first ride the entire experience with these folks was wonderful, everyone is super friendly and helpful with good tips and advice, would highly recommend if your interested at all, just call or ask questions, e bikes are fun as long as you are safe!

After looking for a new e-bike and performing my research, I decided on a bike. I decided on spending the money on some upgrades as well. I was about to order my bike that would be delivered to the local dealership in Hamilton. I called several times to get information on the warranties and where to bring it if service was needed. Last attempt was a e-mail, took two days to get a call back from a messaging service and the guy had to lookup everything up.
