I was really blown away by the service from Emmett's Plumbers. We had water pooling in our basement in Kilgore and thought it might be coming from our hot water heater. I called, and in less than 20 minutes, Jordan showed up ready to get to work. He quickly checked everything out and figured out the water heater wasn't the problem.
