Can’t recommend Emmett’s enough. Local shop right here in Columbus and they do honest work. Brought my Suburban in and they knew exactly what was wrong with it instead of guessing. The dealership was going to just start throwing parts at it. On top of that, the Billings dealership quoted me about 5 times what Emmett’s charged, and the final bill actually came in lower than they’d first estimated. Straightforward, fair, and they clearly know what they’re doing. This is who I’ll be bringing my vehicles to from now on!
Sweetest guys ever, was headed home from college and my wind shied whipper wasn’t working stopped in and they fixed it immediately!
my car had electrical failure while driving through columbus on a big road trip. a local recommended the shop and i found adam to be efficient, thorough, and fair. good guy - would recommend.
They took a wheel off a truck to inspect it and did not put it back on right so my friend ended up having to fix it back himself. If he didn’t fix it himself his tire would have flown off and he would have crashed! He took the same truck in to get it fixed by them and it broke down the next day with the same problem.
Very honest and professional. They were about to close and was able to stay later than normal to look at my vehicle. Very nice people
