Ken came out and solved my fireplace starting issue; a very patient and professional man
Had a another great experience with Emmett's Energy with Mike P. And Hank my fireplace tech. They both help rectify a gas pilot issue I was having due to a recent heat exchanger I had replaced with my furnace done by another hvac company. Truly going forward anything I encounter dealing with fireplace needs they will be my 1st call for service,care and a solution.
