Incompetent installation. The chimney for a wood burning stove had a flange that was totally cockeyed. Now 8 months later my *new* roof is leaking at the anchor points. The roofer described the install as 'all caulk'. Zero confidence Emmets can repair it, so... time to get out the checkbook and have a professional fix it.
Really had a great experience with Ken of Emmett's Energy. He has been to the house before, but I've never written a review. Ken is very good. We needed service on all three of our gas fireplaces, and Ken was fast and professional on all three of them. He told us what he did, and what kind of shape the fireplaces were in. It was really well done...thanks Ken
