My fireplace was not lighting, and I also wanted to make sure everything was safe and working properly. Ken did a complete and thorough job, as well as inspect and instruct all parts of the system. Ken was so kind and helpful as well as highly technically competent! I highly recommend Ken, and Emmett’s energy!

I was hoping this company could help my with my gas fireplace as the pilot kept going off. I stopped in to their office and and the person was not what I would have expected. He was condescending and brought over the only person that repairs that at this company. He was exactly the same to me, but I needed it fixed. I made the appointment and the ony person that repairs that fireplace showed up. Nothing changed as he was rude and my wife actually had to ask him who he was talking to as he was muttering about "stupid people."... read more
