Very happy with the standard of customer service. They also seem cheaper than other Stihl dealers while still using Genuine Stihl parts. They prove you dont need to pay a premium for quality service.
Brandon was amazing to work with — really friendly, helpful, and full of great advice. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service!
I've been let down by their service department so many times. Mostly, this has come in the form of being quoted outrageous sums for routine service and easy jobs, all with a casual arrogance that gives you the impression of being spat on when you're asking for help.
