Just finished my new practice build with Emmett Phair Construction. I can't recommend Scott, Tara, and Kiel enough, they truly were great to work with. There communication was excellent and professional. Tara and Kiel helped me bring my vision to life and every detail is exactly what I imagined. They make an incredible team!

I chose to partner with Emmett Phair for the build out of my optometry practice. From the initial bid to the finishing touches, they were an absolute joy to work with. It's my first time opening a new business and building out an empty space. Their wealth of knowledge and eye for detail helped get me through many difficult decisions with confidence. Realistic timeframes for the project were communicated to me all along the way, and they actually finished a little earlier than expected. This firm is top notch.

I have built 3 buildings with Phair. There price is always competitive, they stay on schedule, and are attentive to our concerns. Would use them again.

Emmett Phair has been amazing to work with on my pediatric dental practice. Starting from scratch has been scary and they made the building and design of my office so worry free. We had a tight timeline and they did an amazing job getting me going by my goal date. The Emmett Phair team made me feel like I was their only client. I highly recommend Emmett Phair! Awesome to work with on all levels!
