If it wasn't for Emmett, my place on Kiawah would not have sold, his attention to the details goes beyond others. He made the experience seamless and kept the sale alive and moving. Emmett was very patient with us. He listened to what we wanted and filtered the houses he was showing us based on our preference for school district and house amenities. He was there for inspection and helped us with all other ancillary needs we had. He guided us on getting the right inspectors and insurances.

When you are looking for a realtor, you want to pick someone you genuinely like because you will be spending a lot of time together when buying a house. Buying a property remotely can be extremely difficult and stressful, but Emmett was there the whole time and helped us to get familiar with the area and to start building the network which will be crucial for successful home ownership. Emmett was helping us with making custom videos, negotiating with inspectors and understand the neighborhood.
