My family has had the comfort and satisfaction of working with the Emmett Golden Hunt Memorial Chapel for over 48 years. (formally Hunt’s Funeral Home) My brother passed away on April 27. 2023. I made one phone call to Hunts on April 29. They came to Lebanon Pa to get the body, that same day! My brother was on his way home !! Emmett/Vella and their staff took care of EVERYTHING!. The staff at Emmett Golden was very professional, compassionate and understanding. My brother's service was well-managed and went better than I was expecting.
-From Ms. Kim Pollard Hunt's Funeral Home is a pillar of the community. They served my family with the care during the death of my two parents. I was so appreciative of the help and guidance I received throughout my parents services. The hunt family is very professional and giving loving sympathetic to your needs and handling your affairs. They were truly a blessing to me and I would recommend them to anyone God bless.
They were unfortunately chosen to handle my grandmother's funeral. Compared to other funerals(done by the father) this was horrid. It was unorganized in terms of providing times to the family for parts of service. They allowed random people to sit in the family section which caused close family members to have go sit elsewhere during the funeral.
