Absolutely unacceptable experience. I brought my car in because it died while I was driving on the interstate — in the fast lane — with my 3-month-old baby in the backseat. It was terrifying. When I brought it here, I was told the issue was with my engine and was advised to take it to the dealership. That led me to believe I was facing a major repair, possibly thousands of dollars. This place is the absolute best: super affordable, flexible schedule, and gets work done quickly! There’s a bagel shop within walking distance (Crieve Hall Bagel Co) with WiFi that helps you pass time while you wait for the call that your car is ready!

Seems like a nice shop, im sure they do fine work. The reviews are wrong, they do NOT accept drop offs/walk ups. The owner is also very stingy and picky about what he chooses to work on. That could be a good or bad thing depending your viewpoint. To each their own, but bad experience for me as a first time. I would recommend you call first and make sure the owner actually wants to work on your car.

They were so great to work with! From my first phone call to completed service, they were attentive, knowledgeable and up front. They didn’t try to upsell anything or make me uncomfortable if I didn’t know all the answers about my car. Great pricing as well. Very grateful to have them as a neighborhood mechanic. Highly recommend.
