I've had an incredible experience training with Madiha. Even with having a very busy work life, Madiha has found a way for me to fit training into my schedule and stay very motivated to keep pushing each week. I’ve never really been the gym type but ever since starting the program with Madiha I’ve never felt more motivated to work out.

My recent experience at Emmes fit! :) Fantastic! This women only workout lounge is everything I’ve been looking for!! It’s clean, private, and conveniently located. There’s also a playroom for kids with a large window so moms can workout while knowing their kids are safe and busy. The personal trainer at the lounge is very kind, supportive, and helpful, and it’s wonderful to work with her. Make sure to stop by and see this amazing place for yourself!!
