Sales staff has not been friendly with us. Every question we've asked, seems to be answered with a smart remark or sarcastically. They seemed annoyed with our questions before making the decision of which pool to buy. When I asked if certain things were included in the purchase price, they had an "of course not" attitude, as if we're already supposed to know what this place offers, knowing that other pool places absolutely offer these things. Emmerson 's was our first and last stop. Other spa places in the valley didn't seem to have much interest in dealing with us and didn't seem to have the knowledge that Emmerson's does. Staff were amazing and were able to answer all our questions. Our purchase arrived when we were told it would. The delivery guys were topnotch too!! They were very flexible when it came to having someone come out to do the start-up. We highly recommend Emmerson Pools and Spas! We had a great experience from our first visit when we were shopping for a hot tub, to the delivery/install, and for follow-up questions and service. The staff are all fantastic to deal with, especially Grace and Julie. They are kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They’ve also been very patient with us as we learn about keeping up with our hot tub maintenance and chemicals. The owner, Ryan Emmerson, has also been great to deal with.
