Amazing customer service. I bought a spa from them 4 years ago. Now, I'm buying a second one for my new house.
We had a last minute repair needed today and we were able to get a service tech out right away. Tom came to help, he was efficient, friendly, patient and made sure everything was exactly how it needed to be. We are new to having a pool and other than buying this was our first experience with emersons and it was great!
We have just started up our first pool and Emmerson Pools set us right up! Shelly was amazing and very informative and helpful as well as all the staff. We are beyond satisfied!
Just purchased hot tub today after researching for a while. April Richard was amazing. Her knowledge explaining everything to consider was what we needed to comfortable with spending that amount of money. Company has been operating for I believe 50 years and they are open to support 6 days per week. April and Julia were easy to talk to and we look forward to installation soon.
