We have just started up our first pool and Emmerson Pools set us right up! Shelly was amazing and very informative and helpful as well as all the staff. We are beyond satisfied!
Just purchased hot tub today after researching for a while. April Richard was amazing. Her knowledge explaining everything to consider was what we needed to comfortable with spending that amount of money. Company has been operating for I believe 50 years and they are open to support 6 days per week. April and Julia were easy to talk to and we look forward to installation soon.
We bought a pool last year, yes it cost a little more than other places. But the service here is fantastic, we have had lots of questions and a couple of problems, which the ladies definitely have answers and are very helpful. All questions and problems resolved because of the knowledgeable staff.
great place but overpriced
We have been loyal clients of Emmerson Pools for just under 20 years now. I have always known them to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable, approachable, reasonable and kind. They have been consistent in their service, often going above and beyond where possible to satisfy their customers’ needs. I could not recommend this company more!
