Good place to go for pool stuff
The store staff at Emmerson Pools is awesome! They are always courteous, upbeat and willing to help solve any pool problems you may have. They carry all the pool products and high quality pool chemicals we have ever needed to keep our pool crystal clear and comfortable. And their pool technicians are simply the best- we have been using Emmerson to open and close our pool for 8 seasons, they always do a great job! We highly recommend Emmerson Pools!
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean work
Sales staff has not been friendly with us. Every question we've asked, seems to be answered with a smart remark or sarcastically. They seemed annoyed with our questions before making the decision of which pool to buy. When I asked if certain things were included in the purchase price, they had an "of course not" attitude, as if we're already supposed to know what this place offers, knowing that other pool places absolutely offer these things.
