great place but overpriced
We have been loyal clients of Emmerson Pools for just under 20 years now. I have always known them to be incredibly professional, knowledgeable, approachable, reasonable and kind. They have been consistent in their service, often going above and beyond where possible to satisfy their customers’ needs. I could not recommend this company more!
From the day I walked into Emerson’s looking for information on purchasing and installing our first pool I felt like family. Answered every question, gave outstanding knowledge and suggestions, provided great installer option and have continued to provide outstanding maintenance support and product in our first year of operation. Doesn’t matter who you talk to everyone provides that same outstanding one on one service.
We have had several spas from Emmerson Pools over the years in our different homes- and will be lifetime customers Having local service if there ever is a problem was key for me- their staff at the store are friendly and knowledgeable and their service team (which I don’t see often because the high quality spas rarely need service) are truly the best in this market. Kudos to the whole team at Emmerson’s for always providing such excellent customer service!
