Michelle is extremely knowledgeable and really compassionate. She is a great listener and provides outstanding support. She is kind, gentle and has a good sense of humor, all of which help make me feel more comfortable during our sessions. She's helped me increase my self-awareness, reframe things and have some pretty big shifts. Working with her is very empowering.
