Dick has been just great with me and my family. We have had him as an agent for a number of years and have only positive to say. I have no doubt that we will continue to be our agent for years to come. I highly recommend him and have to many friends and family..
This was one of the worst people Ive ever dealt with. He repeatedly swore at my wife and myself. He even swore and yelled at our insurance agent who was on the Insurance commissioners board for state licensing. Might be the worst human being Ive ever dealt with in 33 years of life.
This man does not know how to run a business! He does not know how to treat his customer or show any respect to them, even to the PAYING ones. This place will never answer their phone or check their messages. The only way to contact him is through mail. I am running out of stamps and Patience!
