BEWARE! Beautiful high quality pictures (attachmen 1), yet you receive dingy, see-through, low quality merch. Management not willing to refund their defective merch only issue gift certs. Complete bait and switch, not good.
Posts pictures of high quality items and instead sends cheap, stained ones...twice. Tried to work with Customer Service and they wished not to resolve the issue, give me the run around and a gift cert. Total waste of my time. I would never recommend this business.
Just found Emmer and Oat boutique about a month and a half ago and I've been so impressed with the quality of the clothing. They're very unique pieces that you can't find everywhere, which I love. They also have the look and feel of higher priced luxury brands but at a great price. I have ordered 10+ pieces and have been a regular since finding emmer. Customer service has been helpful as well. Great Boutique, highly recommend!!!
Emmer & Oat has great high quality clothing and shipping was quick too.
I give the one star because the return policy is terrible. If your the item does not fit or not what expected you have 14days to refund the item. If your past the 14 days you get penalized with a 25-35% restocking fee... What a joke. Plus you must pay shipping to return the item. I made the mistake of not checking this prior to my first order!
