I am giving three stars because they are all so nice, get you in within a timely manner, and are fairly priced. With that said, I’ve gone here about 4 times in the last year and each time, I find flaws but have gone back because of the positives mentioned above. This time specifically, however, the tech completely forgot to paint one of my pinky toe nails and did not ensure he understood the design I wanted for my fingernails. If you go, make sure you get a tech that’s right for you.
The place is beautiful, but it was not clean. They don’t line their pedicure tubs, the pedicure chairs were heavily stained, and when I was sent to wash my hands in the sink there were dirty tools just sitting inside. They did appear to be understaffed, but if that’s the case, they should be taking less appointments/walk-ins. The woman who worked on me was not consistent in how she was providing my service. LOVE getting my nails done here! The girls are so friendly and always remember my name when I walk in or call to book
