I had a great experience at Run Inn, Emmaus. I needed help finding a specific kind of shoe. The salesperson, Toni, was very knowledgeable about all of the shoes in the category I needed. She spent a lot of time helping me and was patient and friendly through my entire visit. This kind of individual attention and expertise is what a good business provides.
Staff is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable on their products. Walked in looking for shoes quickly, left a loyal customer.
The service here is impeccable. The attention to detail for their customers is very rare when it comes to the shoe buying experience. I was sized for a great pair of Brooks and the owner made sure it was the perfect pair for me based on my foot shape and the way I walk. I am not from the area, but we make it a point to come back here when we are visiting family. We will definitely be back time and time again.
Bud and the people at Run Inn couldn't have done a better job in helping me choose the the proper footwear. My comfort was their primary objective. Thank you Run Inn.
I’m never shopping for sneakers anywhere again! Let me start by saying that I am totally high strung and crazy. The young lady, Haley, who helped me was so patient and knowledgeable. She brought out so many options and was great. It was such an easy shopping experience. If you stop in, ask for her!
