I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the experience I had when contacting your office in search of continued care with my previous provider. When I called to inquire about the provider’s whereabouts after learning he was no longer with your practice, I was met with vague responses and an overall lack of clarity. I've had only great experiences with Emmaus. Everyone who works there is kind, professional, and helpful. I can especially recommend Sarah Lucero, who has been extremely attentive and thorough in my care, and really listens without being dismissive. It's also great that they are a faith based company. As a Christian with my own care based company (Faithful Haven Homecare LLC) I really appreciate another business that truly seems to serve in Christ centered, Biblically modeled way.
