Emma's Sweets was started by Leslie Bergquist and her family with the purpose of producing handmade artisan chocolates and employing individuals with special needs. The product line has since expanded to include caramels, toffees, brittles, brownies and cookies. Emma's Sweets was named after Leslie's grandmother Emma, whose love of cooking and people inspired Leslie to start the business.
