Dined in. Ordered lunch specials. Very small bowl of hot and sour soup that neither of us enjoyed. Portions of entrees were small. Never received a refill of water until after we finished eating, while the men at the table right next to us got refills throughout their lunch. I had to ask for a cookie and she gave me a ridiculous story that they only give cookies for dinner, but she could get us some.
