We hired Emma to install some T&G bathroom panels. From the moment she arrived dead on time, at 8am, we knew we'd made the right decision. She is the consummate professional, who is efficient, tidy, and treated our home with complete respect. The quality of her work was absolutely outstanding and she's extremely likeable too. Emma is not only an incredible plumber who has handled multiple jobs for our home quickly and professionally, she goes above and beyond to take care of her customers. When I called with an emergency on a Sunday on an unrelated matter to a previous job she had done, she talked me through fixing the problem over the phone and refused the offer of remuneration for it. Emma saved the day! She came and solved a problem with a new shower due to poor installation by another plumber. She was so determined and focussed on getting the shower working and we are delighted that it now works perfectly. Thank you so much for being efficient, thorough and fair. Highly recommended!
Emma removed a radiator from our bathroom and replaced it with a new one. it was a tricky job and included removal and replacement of large wall tiles. She was absolutely excellent and did a fantastic job. She was very careful in her work and cleaned up completely afterwards. We're delighted with the results and would highly recommend Emma as a brilliant plumber.
