One of the best Ob GYN MD I’ve ever met. Dr. Pafos and Dr. Nanda are caring with amazing bedside manner. I’ve truly never experienced any other Ob GYN treat their patients like they do. Dr. Pafos is no longer with the practice because he moved; super sad about this.
I’ve booked an appointment 3 weeks ago, that has been automatically confirmed 3 times approaching the date. On the same late morning of the appointment a manager calls to cancel saying that there has been an emergency. Later on I found out that the doctor went on vacation. I found very unprofessional that nobody informed me in advance, I would not lose my day off or I would go to somebody else as I really needed to go this week.
