This clinic is poorly managed and lacks genuine patient care. While they do accept walk-ins, they often say otherwise over the phone just to avoid doing their jobs. They overbook appointments, can’t keep up, and end up backtracked—leaving patients waiting or turned away. The office manager even admitted the front desk gave me the wrong information. Sadly, the doctor’s focus doesn’t seem to be patient health, but just pushing people through. Very disappointing experience. Never again.

Dr. Luis Hernández is a good Dr. he listen to what I had say about my condition, once he explained to me in detail I took action asap. I was told by the Drs. at the Hospital that if I had gotten a bit later I could have lost a limb but I didn’t thanks to Dr. Luis Hernandez.
