I haven’t even had the chance to see the Dr yet and after spending a whole day on the phone and being transferred to three different departments, I couldn’t get an answer to one simple question about a consultation or procedure! If this is how they conduct business then no thank you!
I am health care giver to my Dad. My dad Ed B, has had to see Dr Schenkman several times over the years. It is always a very good experience. Dr Schenkman is always very nice to my dad. My dad had excellent results after the medical procedure and follow up appointments. He takes time to explain to me what is going on and is very patient with me and my questions, that are often asked multiple times to make sure I am totally understanding everything.
