The only good thing about this accommodation is their location and that too only due to a few rooms facing the lake. Our was luckily one of them. Rooms are very old especially the bathrooms and very congested. No proper heating and the air conditioning did not work. They have all these rules pasted on almost every part of the house warning you to keep the accommodation clean, take your rubbish bins out, wash your dishes or we may be charged 50$ if they end up doing it which is infact ridiculous. We have been coming here for 25 years, and we were recently appalled by the service of the new owners as well as the ill-maintained apartments and surrounds. We were charged $495 per night for Friday & Saturday (not a long weekend or holiday period). Last year is was $215 for Friday and $370 for the Saturday night. When we approached them to challenge the amount, they blamed the previous owner. We had 3 apartments booked, as per normal as we travel with friends. the rooms were great as well the room but the internet was terrible, i couldn't even connect my laptop to the internet because it was out of range.

Rooms are tired but clean, beds comfortable. The shower screen was broken. The dryer was extremely inefficient, so I had to use the communal laundry. Location perfect.
