I visited this salon to have a simple touch up done by Shawn Bobo. She applied the chemical and once I was rinsed out, I notice clumps of my hair coming out. She tried to hide it by preventing my to view the mirror. She then took the hair that was falling out and refused to give it to me when I asked for it. I felt her roughly pulling thru my hair and got up to look in the mirror and then saw my hair matted and so clumped that a comb/brush could not be used.
