The technician ,Luis, was beyond competent. He had a positive spirit and gave me some tips and information I had never heard. Great personality. Never had a better tech. As for Dr. Kai, no better doctor exists!
DR. Kai-Lewis is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough in his eye examinations of his patients. He explains findings clearly and details likely approaches/options for care in an easy to understand manner. He is Very professional, but makes you feel at ease. Could not recommend anyone better !!! He is so smart and listen to everything I had to say because I have a history of very bad eyes and came up with several solutions for my blurry vision. The first solution for my dry eyes worked out amazingly and not really squashed my concern. His lead tech, junior, has the personality of 10 wonderful people and he Made me feel like he had all the time in the world to listen to me and answer some questions. Two thumbs up for my visit and they will be my new eye team for sure.
The staff was very professional, timely, attentive and polite - yet empathetic & engaging. But it gets even better - Dr. Kai is phenomenal! He spent time with me, listened to my concerns, and discussed and thoroughly described my options (and ones that aren't). But I was most impressed with his knowledge. I have been plagued with significant vision problems for over 40 years, enduring 6 surgeries in each eye.
